Are these freshwater or saltwater pearls?
We offer freshwater pearls only
Are the pearls natural or cultured?
All our pearls are cultured pearls,we do not sell imitation or synthetic pearls.
What sizes are available?
Freshwater pearls typically range from 3–15mm.
What shapes do you offer?
We stock round, near-round, oval, baroque, drop, and button shapes.
What about surface quality and luster?
We grade our pearls by surface quality and luster. For example:
AAA: Virtually flawless, mirror-like luster
AA: Minor blemishes, high luster
A: Visible blemishes, good luster
Are the colors natural or treated?
Our freshwater pearls are natural colors (white, cream, pink, lavender, peach).Some colors like black, gold, or deep blue may be dyed or irradiated. We clearly label any treated pearls in the product description.
Will the pearls fade or peel over time?
Natural and well-cultured pearls will not peel or fade under normal wear. Dyed pearls may show slight color change over many years. Proper care (avoid chemicals, perfumes, and ultrasonic cleaning) will keep them beautiful for decades.
How should I care for my pearl jewelry?

What is your MOQ?
Our MOQ for wholesale orders is 50 strands per style. For loose pearls, the MOQ is 500 grams per size/color. Mixed SKU orders are welcome — minimum 10 styles × 10 strands each.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We offer sample orders at cost price +freight. The sample fee is refundable once you place a bulk order of 200+ strands.
Is the bulk quality the same as the sample?
Absolutely. We maintain strict quality control. The sample you receive represents the exact grade and finish of the bulk shipment. If the bulk quality does not match, we will replace or refund.
What is the lead time?

Do you offer custom packaging / private label / OEM?

What shipping methods do you use?
We ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS, and sea freight. For wholesale orders over $500, we offer free DDP shipping (delivered duty paid) to select countries. FOB and EXW terms are also available.
Can I get photos and videos of the actual stock before shipping?
Yes. We provide photos and short videos of your selected stock for approval before shipment.

Are these real pearls?
Yes. All pearls sold on this site are 100% real cultured freshwater pearls. We do not sell glass, plastic, or shell pearls.
Will the jewelry turn my skin green or cause allergies?
No. Our clasps and earring posts are made of 925 sterling silver, 14K gold-filled, or surgical-grade stainless steel — all hypoallergenic and nickel-free.
What necklace length should I choose?
16" (choker) – fits snugly around the neck
18" (princess) – sits at the collarbone, most popular
20" (matinee) – falls below the collarbone
24" (opera) – reaches the chest

Can I wear my pearls in the shower or while exercising?
We recommend removing your pearls before showering, swimming, or exercising. Water, soap, sweat, and chemicals can damage the nacre and weaken the silk thread.
Does it come with a gift box?
Yes. Every retail order comes with a free velvet pouch or gift box, perfect for gifting.
Will the color look exactly like the photos?
We strive to display colors accurately, but pearls have natural iridescence and subtle color variations. Slight differences between photos and the actual product are normal and expected.
